Okay so I have been a little MIA the past few weeks, but all is well and I am back! I remember when I was in school at Utah State (Go Aggies!) if I could get 5 hours of sleep I was totally fine and I could function great on such a small amount of sleep. Well times have changed and I have gotten . . . OLD. Yuck. I had mistakenly convinced myself that I was successfully avoiding that word but the past couple of weeks have forced me to admit the aweful truth. I. am. old. It's official I need a good quality 7 or 9 hours of sleep to function like a normal person. How did I get here?
Although I am getting older some things remain the same - I am still the President of the Procrastinators Club. I know I procrastinate, however that knowledge does not help me to avoid the inevitable panic and frustration that comes with a deadline. When it comes to school work I will avoid, avoid, avoid - did I mention that I avoid? After several late nights (and countless cartoons for poor Sky) I did accomplish all of the course work for my class, just in time to attend another class. Another class where I dutifully take the procrastinator's vow - you know the one - I swear this class will be different, I will not wait until the last minute to get my work done! My intentions are good, the follow through, well that's a little iffy!
On a side note I have to publicly thank Jeremy for being such a super dad. He has been so great to hang out with the girls when I was loosing my mind. The girls simply adore him, I think they like that I am in school so they get to spend a lot of time with their daddy, or maybe it's that they get away with more with him . . . hhmmmm. Whatever it is, Thank you Jer!
